Lead marketing activity while supporting the full bid lifecycle, working closely with senior leadership to ensure marketing campaigns and tender submissions align with business growth priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business growth targets
Manage brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition development
Oversee digital marketing activity including website, SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and LinkedIn
Plan and execute targeted lead generation campaigns
Monitor marketing performance metrics and report on ROI and pipeline contribution
Manage LinkedIn and other social media platforms
Lead the end-to-end bid process alongside senior leadership, from opportunity identification through to submission
Write, edit, and review persuasive tender responses
Maintain bid libraries, case studies, and supporting documentation
Support opportunity tracking and pipeline development
Produce case studies demonstrating previous project success
Align marketing campaigns with priority sectors and procurement frameworks
Experience
Experience working in a marketing role
Experience supporting or managing bids and tenders
Strong copywriting and editing skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Experience using CRM systems and marketing analytics tools
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
