Charta Recruitment is currently partnered with a market-leading global luxury brand based in the heart of West Sussex.

This company has a family heritage of over 150 years and is experiencing year-on-year growth. As a result of this significant growth and increased sales volumes, this company is looking to expand and develop its UK Marketing team.

This brand new position reports to the UK Marketing Manager, with dotted line reports into the UK/EU sales teams and US marketing team. This role involves exceptional coordination for all marketing campaigns and operations within the UK & Europe.

Your Responsibilities As A Marketing Coordinator:

  • Provide support to the Marketing Manager on a wide range of projects in the UK & Europe.
  • Liaise with UK & European Sales Team, US marketing team, freelance graphic designer, and printers to create marketing content and materials as required.
  • Keep records of all marketing requests and marketing spend.
  • Trade shows - assist in planning and attend trade shows in UK & Europe as required to support the sales team.
  • PR - writing and sending press releases regularly to key publications/online - building relationships with editors.
  • Assisting on photo and video shoots for campaigns.
  • Creating and distributing digital campaign content - including translations.
  • Pro-actively reviewing co-op spend across UK & European customers to maximise marketing of WOLF via our retail network.
  • Produce accurate Excel datasets to support the UK Marketing Manager.

Background & Experience Required For Marketing Coordinator:

  • You must have at least 2+ years of marketing experience.
  • You must have a proven track record within any form of project management where strong organisational capabilities were essential.
  • An understanding of working with designers and printers to create marketing content and materials is essential.
  • Proven ability to manage key internal and external relationships is essential.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and strong written English skills are essential.
  • Must hold a UK driving license and be able to drive due to office location.
  • Ability to communicate in fluent German, French, Italian or Spanish is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability and experience of using social media planning tools is desirable but not essential.
  • Basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign) or Canva is desirable but not essential.
