Our client is a leader in built environment, working on ground-breaking projects. They are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

IMPORTANT:

Excellent writing & editing skills

B2B Marketing experience

THE ROLE OF MARKETING COORDINATOR:

With limited supervision deliver against marketing plans and activity plans set by the Marketing Managers in the team

Produce collateral, from concept to delivery, to include elements of writing, amending and proofreading

Write and coordinate award submissions

Deliver events from concept to delivery keeping within budget and timescales

Populate on-line content and content for social media purposes

Carry out market research and intelligence gathering.

Promote marketing best practice internally and input into guidance documents

Engage with leadership on the delivery of day to day activity

Feed upwards on changes in processes and delivery to continually improve service marketing and communications team can deliver

Prioritise tasks and project manage some areas of work

Work as part of a team to ensure deadlines are met, adapting work to be able to support priority activity

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE ROLE OF MARKETING COORDINATOR:

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong communication, reporting and organisational skills

Excellent attention to detail

Developing writing and proofreading skills

Good listening and interpersonal skills

Must be a team player

Good commercial awareness

Highly motivated and willing to take on new challenges
