Marketing Coordinator

As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for effectively and professionally coordinating marketing communications activities and events, managing budgets, liaising with group and external service providers and measuring performance and outcomes in line with agreed KPIs. Your key tasks will be:

  • Agree schedule of activities in support of marketing strategy
  • Manage and report on agreed marketing expenditure against budget
  • Manage event and exhibition schedules, logistics, support materials and staffing
  • Coordinate stand and showroom design with external service providers and ensure that all showrooms are up to date and relevant
  • Manage provision and stock of samples, displays and literature to the sales organisation
  • Ensure published literature is up to date and relevant to the target audience
  • Coordinate and manage updates to digital platforms (website, extranet, intranet)
  • Engage with head office in Denmark to procure support for graphic design and website amendments and additions in a timely manner
  • Coordinate activities with and support required for outsourced marketing services, with support from management and other team members as necessary
  • Report on inbound marketing outcomes and KPIs
  • Manage marketing lists and outbound activities in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage the tracking and follow up of leads up to SQL (sales qualified lead) status
  • Liaise with the sales organisation with regard to post SQL follow up and reporting
  • Manage local UK social media accounts and activities, co-ordinating with external service providers as necessary
  • Support the distributor network with various marketing activities

You have great IT skills and will:-

  • Have experience in event and exhibitions coordination
  • Have inbound and outbound digital marketing experience, preferably in construction products
  • Enjoy a varied environment with interface with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Be committed to delivering high quality results to customers and colleagues, and capable of handling multiple projects in parallel

The job is primarily office based. Working hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, with a requirement to attend exhibitions and periodically visit our parent company in Denmark.
