Our client is a fast-growing, dynamic and data-driven company operating in the world of Logistics & Supply Chain throughout Europe. The company is investing in the digitisation of processes for its customers, in an industry which is experiencing a significant increase in demand.

You will join a central marketing & communications team located remotely throughout Europe and work alongside the business development team in the UK, working to extend the presence and raise the profile of the business in the UK market.

Taking the lead for online and offline marketing & communications in the UK, you will play a valuable role in enabling the business to achieve its ambitions in the UK as well as being involved in international projects and campaigns.

You will be given the autonomy to shape the UK marketing & communications plan and action it.

This is a role that will suit an experienced marketeer looking for a role with autonomy and real influence, who enjoys working in a fast paced, ambitious, and forward-thinking international environment and is excited about joining a company experiencing hyper growth.

Package: Competitive basic salary and benefitsLocation: Flexible UK location. The business has several offices located throughout the UK however it is expected this will be a predominantly remote based role.Key responsibilities & Activities:
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns with internal stakeholders and external partners and suppliers.
  • Develop and execute the internal & external communications plan.
  • Developing digital marketing & communications materials and content e.g. artwork, images, text.
  • Copywriting in English for website, social, mail and communications campaigns.
  • Execution of rebranding our presence in the United Kingdom.
  • Coordinating local digital campaigns (SEO, SEA, social, mail) in cooperation with marketing agency.
  • Providing reports on analytics, KPIs and results (lead generation and conversion).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Creating and managing mailing lists in Hubspot.
  • Organizing digital and offline marketing events.
  • Proven working experience in online and offline marketing.
  • Experience managing internal and external communications.
  • Experience managing and leading projects.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
  • Experienced in optimising landing pages and user funnels.
  • You like to work with data; able to analyse online data (website, leads, campaigns) and social media like LinkedIn and CRM data.
  • Familiar with online platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter and Youtube.
  • Knowledge of solutions such as Drupal 9, Hubspot, Salesforce, Photoshop/Adobe suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience organising events.
  • You like working in a dynamic remote based team with colleagues in various countries.
  • You are a strong communicator with analytical skills, and you are customer oriented.

Marketing and communications experience, particularly on-line, in a B2B environment is ideal.
