The experience we need.
Some of the key requirements for this Client Partner or Senior Account Director role are as follows;
-Experience working alongside Planning & Creative teams on the quality of proposition development and creative development & output. With a track record of delivering strong CRM & Digital creative.
-Understanding their clients’ industry sector, developments in that marketplace and marketing strategy.
-Experience pitching and presenting and growing client accounts with a Marketing or CRM agency.
-Working with the Data Insight and Planning teams to deliver actionable insight to clients, using their data, and develop an integrated online and offline strategy, that gives clients a competitive advantage.
-Direct line management of the client services team working with you on your client accounts, responsible for personal development and performance.
-Chair and lead client management meetings to review plans and review performance in delivering to client requirements.
-Manage (with the support of your senior CS team) the commercials for your clients (meeting profitability, revenue and growth targets) and identify any issues/opportunities in achieving set targets.

What you’ll get in return.
The salary fore this role is up to £60,000, dependant on the experience of the candidate. This role could also be suitable for somebody slightly more Junior at Senior Account Director level.
