The role

There are two main parts to this role. The first is managing and supporting inside sales calling, and the second is executing marketing campaigns.

Specific responsibilities include:

Programme management of our inside-sales calling. This includes working with stakeholders in the US, Germany and UK to understand their priorities and sales situation, agree priorities for inside sales calling, and working with the inside-sales callers to execute on these and ensure inside sales have the marketing support they need.
Project management of marketing campaigns, such as account-based marketing, direct marketing and targeted emails.

Accountable for hitting leads targets for inside-sales and other campaign activity.
Research into target companies, eg organisational structure, business challenges and initiatives, contact list development through LinkedIn.

There will be other projects and responsibilities from time to time depending team workload and individual interests. These might include managing the creation of blog articles, sponsored social media updates, customer data updates among others.


  • You will enjoy process management and organising things
  • have at least two years in a role involving significant process management and organising.
  • Marketing campaign experience that includes working with diverse stakeholders
  • Graduate or graduate calibre
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Experience supporting sales or inside-sales people
  • Writing marketing copy
