An internationally renowned leisure company is looking for a Marketing Campaigns Executive to look after budgets and strategies for one of their key brands.
This role is far from a traditional 'Marketing Executive' position, as everything you would usually associate with a Marketing Executive like email marketing, social media, direct mails, CRM and digital marketing are looked after by other specialists within this 50 strong marketing team. The Marketing Campaign Executive will focus more on on strategy. Your team, which is made up of three other Marketing Campaigns Executives (who look after a separate brand each), a Marketing Executive and a Marketing Campaign Manager, will devise a strategy every Autumn for the following 12 months, and it will be your responsibility to ensure that the strategy for your brand is implemented correctly. This will involve lots of liaison with a variety of stake holder and with other teams. You are the 'go to' person for everyone working on this brand and it's your responsibility to make sure that campaigns run like clockwork. You will be accountable for the annual campaign budget and take full responsibility for how it is spent. You'll work closely with the Product Manager to fully understand the product and its audience, making sure the correct marketing messages are implemented.
What we're looking for
We're looking for a real people person, who enjoys working across numerous projects at any one time. Your experience with strategies and budgets are paramount with this role. You'll need demonstrable experience of running marketing campaigns across multiple channels, coordinating campaigns with external customers as well as colleagues, tracking expenditure within the marketing budget, building relationships with key stakeholders and you 'll possess a strong understanding of how key metrics influence marketing decisions. You'll have two or more years' experience in a similar role and hold a marketing qualification. We would welcome applications from people with in-house or agency backgrounds.
