Marketing Campaign Manager

This unique market leading brand is looking to recruit a Marketing Campaign Manager to join their corporate partnership team to cover maternity leave for 14 months. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager the Campaign Manager is responsible for implementing and managing marketing campaigns across all channels including press, direct mail, web and face to face activity within the financial services retail channel. The role will involve working closely with their corporate partners to produce targeted marketing campaigns and is a very hands on role with all exposure to all aspects of campaign management, implementation and analysis. Key responsibilities for the role include:

Marketing Campaign Manager - Key Responsibilities

  • Working with the Senior Marketing Manager and Corporate Partnerships to produce sustainable campaign plans for each partner.
  • Analysing and reporting on campaign performance, whilst constantly striving to test, learn and improve
  • Effective management of agencies, suppliers and internal resources
  • Insightful reporting and making recommendations for improvement
  • Deliver budgeted enquiries and subsequent sales from campaigns - ensuring they are on time, and within budget
  • Managing the development of advertising materials, support packages, point of purchase, direct mail and training materials
  • Ensuring all materials comply with relevant brand identity and compliance guidelines
  • Developing on going robust test programmes around offer, product and creative media

Marketing Campaign Manager - Person Profile

  • Degree educated with a relevant qualification in Marketing is desirable
  • Retail or financial services marketing campaign management experience is desirable
  • Proven experience of translating product propositions into effective marketing materials
  • Analytical and numerate with the ability to measure ROI and make recommendations to improve campaign performance
  • An understanding of the print and production process
  • Proven communication and influencing ability, particularly when briefing agencies
