I am currently supporting the recruitment of an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager, with a professional services background to join a dynamic team in London. This role is essential for spearheading and managing impactful campaigns and initiatives across the firm, collaborating closely with senior managers, partners, and external stakeholders. Please note that this is a 6-month fixed term contract.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead and manage business development and marketing projects across various sectors and regions.
  • Support the creation and delivery of pitches, proposals, and firmwide business development campaigns.
  • Oversee public relations and communications, including thought leadership, impact reports, and award submissions.
  • Liaise with third-party agencies and supervise junior team members on specific projects.
  • Collaborate with senior managers and partners to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Marketing and Business Development Manager role within professional services
  • Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and drive business development activity across teams.
  • Confident in client-facing work, advising senior stakeholders, and leading on proposals.
  • Commercially minded, organised, and proactive.
