Marketing Brand Influencer Manager

I am currently seeking a Marketing Brand Influencer Manager to join a global, world-leading pharmaceutical company at their site in Maidenhead.

The successful Marketing Brand Influencer Manager will have extensive experience in communication with a focus on managing external communications programs, ideally for beauty & lifestyle brands or alternatively within consumer packaged goods. A strong strategic understanding and experience of developing and executing social influencer marketing campaigns is also required for this role, as is a proven track record in building strong relationships with influencers within the UK. The ideal candidate will complement this with significant experience dealing with consumer publications, national and local media, trade and social media, online influencers and third-party organisations.

As a Marketing Brand Influencer Manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and experience as you take responsibility for overseeing the implementation of a step-change in influencer marketing programs across consumer beauty and baby skin care in the UK, with the aim of driving net reach, share of media voice and Earned Media Value.

In your role as a Marketing Brand Influencer Manager you will be given the platform to showcase your expertise as you work closely with the Senior Digital Brand Manager and specific marketing teams to identify and collaborate with the right influencers, and to lead hands-on brand engagement end-to-end. 

You will also be entrusted with instigating, managing and implementing both tentpole activation campaigns and always-on community cultivation with online influencers in the UK, and with leading the creative approach to help the brands to stand out from the crowd.

As a successful candidate you will complement your exceptional communication and persuasive skills with the ability to maintain perspective and work effectively across multiple levels, functions and backgrounds. This will be a part-time (3 days per week) contract role for 9 months initially and will be based in Maidenhead, Berkshire.

Also commutable from Bracknell, High Wycombe, Maidenhead, Reading, Slough, and West London.
