Our client a Marketing & Sales agency in Milton Keynes, whose services are split between marketing services, field marketing and training services but as an integrated agency are more at home combining these to deliver sales activation, channel enablement or inbound EARN'd sales and marketing programmes, are now on the lookout for a Marketing Automation team leader to join their friendly team.
You will be working in collaboration with other specialists to design and implement email campaigns, user journeys, and integrations between different marketing platforms. You will assist in digital campaigns working with cutting edge software in social media and marketing automation.
You play an active role in the entire process and you are involved early in the design phase. You will consult with developers, designers, campaign managers and customers. The goal is always to develop innovative and technically sound digital productions. You've got a shared responsibility with the team.
You will be managing multiple "small, medium and large" projects at any time, as determined / defined by the Project team. You will be capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment ensuring that all aspects of customer projects are delivered on time, to spec and within the agreed budget.
As part of the technical studio, you will be working with campaign managers, designers and developers to deliver marketing campaigns and onboard new clients. You will be working across Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing and must constantly demonstrate excellence not only in the marketing and data analysis skills but in people and organizational skills also.
You will be a Product and Functional specialists that ensures effective and efficient delivery of Client projects and programs, so that their Clients are delighted and the work is on brief and to budget. Support their senior team and campaign managers to deliver and develop the longer-term strategy plans for the Client and the business. Understand modern marketing techniques. Learn on the job and push themselves into new areas outside of their comfort zones.
