Our Customer Insight team use cutting-edge tools to identify the most appropriate products for our customers. You’ll support them with a combination of data interrogation and interpretation, and by working closely with other teams in the business to learn as much about our customers as you can. The information you produce will be used to support key business decisions and shape future campaign activity.
In practical terms you’ll be helping to prepare, develop and implement campaigns using Adobe Campaign, and working to schedules and briefs agreed by the Planning and Marketing teams. The team will also be relying on you to take ownership of data quality, ensuring it’s accurate, relevant, reliable and compliant.Ideal candidate
While previous experience working with direct, data driven marketing tools would be beneficial, it’s not essential. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude and aptitude, who’s keen to get to grips with the key tools used in the team-predominantly Adobe Campaign. Experience using SQL would also be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
We’re also looking for someone with a keen eye for accuracy, who can interpret and manipulate numerical data with ease. You’ll need to be organised, self-driven and highly motivated, with an ability to understand business needs and translate them in a way the rest of the business, and our customers, will understand.About the company
