Marketing Audience Planning Manager
Salary: From £50,000 (depending on experience), plus £4,200 car pot, healthcare and 18% bonus potential

About the role
As a Marketing Audience Planning Manager you will work with key stakeholders in marketing communications to design audiences to ensure that the communications are targeted at key audiences to generate the best opportunities to meet revenue and volume targets for both retention, cross sell and acquisition campaign activity.
Working with marketing campaign managers you will utilise data and insights to define the strategic direction of campaigns and produce key marketing activities by leading the data planning selection and advising of the best target audience alongside defining KPI’s and measurement framework.
Managing contact strategy execution and optimisation from a data perspective (test measurement and evolution of campaigns) you will ensure that all data extraction is co-ordinated and delivered in a timely and compliant manner.
You will manage stakeholder requirements internally by ensuring the data and digital teams are briefed on requirements and timelines alongside external management of media / marketing agencies and suppliers and ensuring that they are fully briefed on the requirements.
Having proven experience in data planning and audience selection in B2B and B2C marketing in a marketing environment within a large commercial environment and be able to change and drive business performance through making targeted audience selection.
You will have a high level of technical skills to provide the data required and be able to use SPSS, SQL and Excel, and be highly analytical and have excellent ability to turn information into insight to driven a marketing campaign.
Having excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills you will have experience of managing requirements and requests both internally and externally and you must have experience of working with media / marketing agencies and be able to engage with people at all levels.
A degree or equivalent in marketing is desirable but not essential.
