Our client, a professional fast paced company based in central Guildford is looking for a Marketing Assistant on a 12 month fixed term contract (Maternity Cover).
You will be working within the Marketing department and dealing with the production of a range of focused marketing materials to support the team and promote the company brand. In addition, you will need to ensure that all regulatory documents are produced on a timely basis and in line with business SLAs. This role will also include updating and preparing presentations, providing support for external events as required including preparing packs and corporate merchandise.
Ideally you will have Marketing experience and relevant qualifications. You should also have an understanding of treating customers fairly and the ability to ensure these principles are represented in the marketing material. Be a strong communicator with the ability to liaise with all departments and external agencies both verbally and written. Candidates should also be proficient in the use of the Adobe Creative Suite and the Microsoft Office packages (PowerPoint in particular)
