Are you looking for a challenging and varied role with the opportunity to develop and learn new skills? Due to exciting expansion, we are currently recruiting a Marketing and Operations Assistant for our Head Office team based in central Lincoln.

The role will include working within a small team, supporting the wider business operation. They’ll be a focus on marketing, but with involvement across several of our key functions including HR.
- Generating and posting content to social media channels
- Writing blog posts and updating company website
- Developing marketing materials and rolling out to wider company
- Liaising with suppliers and ensuring the supply of marketing, branded stationary and merchandise across the business
- Maintaining Excel based systems and spreadsheets
- Assisting with internal recruitment
- Event planning and organisation
The successful candidate will have a keen interest in social media and marketing trends, together with strong IT skills. A good level of written English is also essential, together with a confident and friendly manner.

In return we’re offering a basic salary of circa £16,000 per annum plus other benefits including private healthcare and Perkbox. Going forward, there will also be the opportunity to undertake a relevant formal qualification and/or training.
Full time, permanent role. Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.
