We are pleased to invite applicants for the role of Marketing and Communications Manager to join our expanding team. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic business within the education and training sector embarking on an exciting growth trajectory.
Reporting to the Managing Director and sitting within our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s marketing and communications function. This includes the development and implementation of a marketing strategy to align with the company’s ambitions and business objectives.
You will be a dynamic individual with experience and academic background in marketing, able to develop effective strategies to increase brand exposure and maintain our reputation for high quality training services. You should be proactive and able to contribute to management decision making as well as being able to complete design tasks and support the development of new training content.
The role will suit an all-rounder who can communicate with external clients, partners and agencies as well as support internal communications, who is able to represent the business at local and national events and has excellent ICT skills in Microsoft and Adobe design software. A self-disciplined and organised approach to work and ability to travel is essential.
