We’re excited to be working exclusively with a leading legal and risk management consultancy to source a marketing and BD lead (manager), which is their first hire in this space due to the growth of the firm; on track to be the largest provider of outsourced contract management services to the financial services industry within the next five years.
The main driver of this role is role is a mix of strategy and execution, defining and implementing the firms first marketing strategy to take the company through this next period of growth, whilst delivering thought through and well-constructed, impactful campaigns with a lead generation, nurturing and conversion focus.
It’s very likely the role will have a high degree of impact on the firm’s ROI and will be client facing from day one; working closely with the firms managing partners and designated director of business development to drive conversations with the firm’s client community, both across existing and new business.
We’re super open on the background and level of this role, however an intuitive and switched on nature is paramount to the successful candidate, alongside a deep understanding and interest in the financial services and regulatory space.
As the role is stand alone, you’ll be happy rolling your sleeves up and driving forward projects with a hands-on approach, and be keen to join an organisation at the front of a changing landscape in the legal sector.
