Temporary (Approximately 6 months with a possibility of being made permanent)

£10.25 per hour

The Role

Our client, who are recognised as being at the cutting edge of their sector in technology, is looking for some administration support within their Marketing Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Administrator to work in a varied role with a possibility of being made permanent.


  • Support the implementation of the marketing strategy
  • Assisting with the organisation of exhibitions globally
  • Responsible for branding including marketing literature, clothing and gifts
  • Assisting the admin team with content writing for the website to contribute to the SEO strategy
  • Digital content and campaign development
  • Maintaining press release library
  • Planning of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns from brief to analysis
  • Creation of mailshots to promote products and services
  • Extensive administration duties to support the Marketing Manager


The successfully appointed Marketing Administrator will have the following skills and abilities:

  • A demonstrable history of working within a similar marketing role is highly desirable
  • A background in a business to business environment
  • The ability to use InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and MailChimp
  • Working knowledge of Social Media Management for commercial use specifically Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office
  • A practical understanding marketing strategy and communications
  • Proactive hands on approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding time management skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Knowledge of E-commerce would be advantageous
  • The ability to speak French or Dutch (advantage not essential)

The Package

  • £10.25 per hour
  • 8.30am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-2.30pm on a Friday (30 minute lunch break)
  • 25 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday
