Change Recruitment are recruiting for an Marketing Administrator to join our Edinburgh based client in the Legal Services Industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Administrator to work in our clients Marketing and Communications team.
This role is offered on a Permanent Contract basis.
The purpose of the role is to provide full administrative support to our clients Marketing and Communications team.
Role & Responsibilities
Administrative support for events
Assist the Marketing & Events Manager with the following:
Provide full administrative support for all events, both in-house and external.
Source branded and promotional products in support of events as required.
Assist in the management of mailings lists and invitations for events and produce place cards, table plans, menus and literature packs as appropriate.
Look after the management of all literature and promotional items, ensuring that new or updated stock is ordered in a timely and cost effective manner.
Ensure that all marketing files are kept updated at all times including hard copy files of articles and adverts and online spreadsheets relating to contact forms, newsletter sign-ups and PR coverage.
Assisting with the daily update of the website along with all social media platforms.
Assist in the production of branded literature in support of tenders, proposals, presentations and seminars following our client’s brand guidelines and ensuring high quality presentation.
Attend and assist with the running of events as required both internally and externally.
Co-ordinate mailings of marketing materials and magazines to clients as required.
Provide general administrative duties as required to the team to include answering the phones and arranging internal and external meetings.
Knowledge and Qualifications
The candidate will have 2 years previous administration experience within in a professional environment,
ideally with marketing & communications experience, or a relevant sector qualification.
Excellent communicator skills and be able to assist in dealing with clients and contacts on the telephone.
You should be flexible, self-motivated, highly competent and able to work on your own initiative.
A high degree of accuracy is essential to provide an enhanced level of customer service to our clients both internal and external.
You must be able to pass a Disclosure Scotland and Credit Check for this role.
This role is offered on a Permanent Contract basis. The working hours are 9am - 5pm 33 3/4 hours per week Monday to Friday. The salary is competitive + benefits.
