Working for this recognised international market leader, the Marketing Administrator will be working as part of the Marketing team and alongside the Marketing Team Leader and Marketing Assistant, ensuring the implementation and development of the overall company marketing strategy. The Marketing Administrator will join an expanding, award-winning business who have been trading for over 40 years.

To apply for the Marketing Administrator role, you will possess a recent marketing degree or previous marketing experience, ideally gained within a creative, design or media environment. The Marketing Administrator will have strong IT literacy, particularly with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. You should also have excellent communication and creative presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Work from the marketing and campaign schedule to ensure the implementation of campaigns
  • Managing customer demonstration requests to support the sales team (this includes organising travel, product and samples)
  • Ability to proof press releases for B2B and consumer publications
  • Work with the Marketing Assistant to ensure that all external marketing materials are proofed before going to print
  • Support the Marketing Team Leader when organising trade shows (this includes organising travel arrangements, purchasing required equipment/props, organising labour, etc)
  • Research industry relevant shows and make recommendations for attendance
  • Communication with influencers to ensure that they strongly represent our brand. This includes sending out product / samples and giving briefs as and when required
  • Influencer research to ensure that they are partnering with the strongest bloggers in the industry
  • Working with the Marketing Team Leader to support mobile app activity, including checking and responding to community posts the industry and having a good understanding of competitor products
  • Have an excellent understanding of the company`s product ranges and the key demographics of the brand
  • Research brands and make recommendations for potential collaborations


Essential Skills:

  • Bright, recent Marketing graduate / equivalent experience within a marketing role
  • Strong IT literacy with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyse and identify trends and make recommendations
  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, eager to develop, team-player, good communicator
