Due to ambitious growth plans our client is looking for a determined and enthusiastic Marketing Administrator to join their rapidly growing team based in Wrexham. As Marketing Administrator, you will be a pivotal support function to the Marketing Team working with both digital and traditional marketing techniques. As Marketing Administrator, you will be creative, dynamic and enthusiastic about your work whereby you can add real value to our client as they continue to grow and expand into new market sectors.

Role:

This pivotal role involves working as part of the Marketing team and alongside the Marketing Team Leader and Marketing Assistant, ensuring the maintenance and implementation of the overall company marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work from the Marketing Overview and Campaign Schedule to ensure the implementation of campaigns
  • Managing customer demonstration requests to support the sales team (this includes organising travel, product and samples)
  • Ability to proof press releases for B2B and consumer publications
  • Work with the Marketing Assistant to ensure that all external marketing materials are proofed before going to print
  • Support the Marketing Team Leader when organising trade shows (this includes organising travel arrangements, purchasing required equipment/props, organising labour etc)
  • Research industry relevant shows and make recommendations for attendance
  • Communication with our influencers to ensure that they strongly represent our brand. This includes sending out product / samples and giving briefs as and when required
  • Influencer research to ensure that we are partnering with the strongest bloggers in our industry
  • Working with the Marketing Team Leader to support mobile app activity, including checking and responding to community posts
  • the craft industry and having a good understanding of competitor products
  • Have an excellent understanding of the company’s product ranges and the key demographics of the brand
  • Research brands and make recommendations for potential collaborations

Essential Skills:

  • Recent graduate / equivalent work experience within marketing
  • Strong IT literacy, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyse and identify trends and make recommendations
  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, eager to develop, team-player, good communicator
  • Knowledge of the craft industry would be beneficial but not necessary
