Marketing Administration Assistant

Temporary - Leeds City Centre

£10ph - £12ph

My client are a national, well - known facilities company with a great presence in their market. They are looking for a marketing administrator to join their facilities team within one of their major retail organisations in Leeds Centre.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for a varied position within a close knit team. This position may have the opportunity to be permanent for the right candidate

Duties of a Marketing Administrator include;

  • Assisting the centre manager and assistant manager in updating current social media information
  • Establish strong relationships with all tenants
  • Be responsible for collating report material on all tenant usage including; meeting room space, social media and foot fall.
  • Develop new ways to promote internally
  • Be responsible for keeping up to date to movements within the commercial retail property sector
  • Keep internal records up-to-date regards queries and questions externally and internally
  • Day - to- day administration duties

As a Marketing Administrator you will have the follow key skills

  • Strong Excel knowledge is ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience within a marketing administration role is desirable but not essential
  • Previous administrative experience
