Marketing & Admin Executive

Working in our Marketing and Administration teams you will be responsible for a variety of tasks. Marketing Duties

  • Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns
  • Writing copy for marketing collateral including brochures, letters, emails and website
  • Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occurs
  • Producing an accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign
  • Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met
  • Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to pricing, presentation and promotion
  • Circulating all marketing campaigns for approval
  • Responsible for managing relationship with printers
  • Assisting the Marketing manager as required

Admin Duties

  • Administrative tasks including scanning, filing and photocopying
  • Sort incoming mail and distributing appropriately
  • Collect, prepare and send outgoing mail and courier parcels
  • Conducting FCA regulated checks on clients
  • Uploading incoming faxes and emails to appropriate customer files
  • Creating client applications
  • Receiving incoming phones calls for the Admin and Wills campaign line
  • Reception duties as required
  • Provide administration support to management and other staff as and when required
  • Updating appropriate spreadsheets and registers
  • Liaising with the Finance department regarding customer invoices
  • Scan and process accordingly purchase invoices
  • Liaising with clients and providers throughout various stages of the Wills administration process
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required

This role requires a flexible approach to work outside the framework described above when required by business needs. It is likely that completion of other duties will be required at the discretion of the Management Team.

  • Proven working experience in similar role is desired but not essential as full training will be provided (D)
  • Solid Communication Skills both written and verbal (E)
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills (E)
  • Can do and flexible attitude (E)
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise (E)
  • Self-motivated to get things done (E)
  • Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure (E)
  • A level educated (E)
  • Degree in Marketing or similar discipline would be advantageous (D)
