An exciting opportunity has arisen within a friendly, vibrant and collaborative marketing agency. This is an exciting chance for a talented and commercially-driven Account Manager to join their growing team. In their busy, fast-paced studio, you'll be a key part of their close-knit team, taking the lead on building new business growth and deep client relationships for the agency

Your role will involve:

  • Leading the full sales cycle, from initial lead qualification to creating proposals, delivering pitches, and closing new business
  • Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities, both by growing existing client accounts and pursuing new leads
  • Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships
  • Getting to grips with our clients' businesses, understanding their needs, and developing effective marketing strategies to help them grow
  • Managing projects from the initial brief right through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget
  • Liaising with the internal team of creatives and strategists, as well as external suppliers, to ensure the smooth delivery of all projects

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a client-facing role within a marketing, creative, or digital agency
  • A proven track record as part of a sales team within an agency environment
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Comfortable working with Content Management Systems
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A strong, all-round understanding of digital marketing (websites, SEO, content marketing) as well as brand development
  • A proactive, positive, and solution-focused attitude with a keen eye for commercial opportunities
