This Marketing Account Director will have worked there way up in marketing agency land, ideally within a Marketing Communications agency, integrated experience is key, alongside an enthusiastic personality and willingness to continue to learn and deliver exception work for an array of clients. Sector experience isn’t as important, although B2B and B2C would be a benefit.
As an Account Director you will be responsible for the overall management of 2 or 3 of the agencies key clients. You will manage an Account Executive and Account Manager and are responsible for the mentoring and development of their career paths. As an Account Director, you will always think strategically and creatively to find the best possible solution for your clients.
They are a leading Oxfordshire based integrated marketing agency, with around 50 happy employees, set in a beautiful, rural, countryside location. Their client base spans across Financial Service, Automotive, Retail and FMCG. They work on exciting campaigns across innovative digital and creative marketing channels.
What you’ll get in return.
The salary for this Account Director will be between £40,000 - £48,000.
