As a Market Sales Manager you will be responsible for taking the leads that have been passed on to you from the research and lead generation teams and following the deal through to close.

This role encompasses aspects of both new business and existing customers as they work with previous clients to readmit them to the changing government frameworks. 

This is a largely internal role that may require some fully expensed travel to meet with clients in the UK as well as opportunities for international travel.

You will be dealing with clients in all of the countries they are present in and across a wide range of public sector areas. As a result someone who is versatile and can role with changes is required for this role. One day you could be dealing with a construction company on a new schools project, the next you could be working on water infrastructure projects in Asia. 

Dealing with both big corporates and local SME's this company has a wide range of clients across all sectors.

Basic up to £35k
Uncapped Commission
Annual Profit Share Bonus
OTE £60k plus

They are looking for a person with experience selling services. Ideally with experience selling into the public sector. 

They need someone with ambition who can role with changes. A versatile individual who isn't too bogged down in one area.

The sales cycle is very consultative, tailoring the services and approach to the business.
