Your new company is a market leading organisation, looking for a Market Research Manager to join their team.
Your new role
In your new role as Marketing Research Manager you will be responsible for delivering a market research and evaluation programme that can inform and support the company's marketing and communications strategy. You will liaise with the relevant stakeholders within the business to ensure that a suitable programme of research is in place to support the development and review of literature and other marketing output in a way that is effective and compliant with external requirements. You will will liaise with other teams across the business to ensure that their work streams and programmes are supported by research and evaluation as required.
What you'll need to succeed
in order to succeed in this post you will need to the following:
(for example: MS Office, etc) MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Familiarity with the role of analytics software and the use of customer data Understanding of customer feedback metrics and awareness of related software packages (Principality currently uses Maze)
Degree level education in a related social science or quantitative discipline
5 + years as a researcher in an agency or client side position
Primary market research design, execution and analysis Balance of qualitative and quantitative expertise Excellence written and spoken communication Excellence influencing and negotiating skills
