We’re looking for a Market Research & Insight Assistant with excellent analytical skills to provide key support in planning and delivering projects for a diverse portfolio of commercial businesses at the University of Warwick.
Working within in an in-house marketing agency at Warwick, this is a vital role where you’ll be responsible for:
• Desk research (e.g. competitor analysis)
• Day-to-day management of Net Promotor Score for our businesses
• Coding data for surveys
• Focus group administration
• Providing project support for qualitative or quantitative market research
To be considered for this role, you’ll be a good problem solver, have some experience working with data analysis and a good knowledge of different methodologies.
