The role will be responsible for administering the company Amazon content ensuring all products are listed on all European Amazon sites according to the marketing schedule.
You will also be responsible for ensuring product listings are optimised in order to maximise sales and profitability.

The role

• Assisting in the managing of online range content. You will be responsible for adding new products to relevant sites, updating existing product information and removing discontinued products.
• You will actively monitor Amazons performance using web based reporting tools, taking direct action to mitigate/negate them or if appropriate, reporting any issues to your manager or colleagues.
• You will liaise with Customer services department regarding customer issues with the aim of ensuring that the company exceptional reputation scores for seller rating, feedback rating and account health rating. It is critical that you develop a sound understanding of how these metrics are calculated.
• You will be responsible for keeping the aspects of the third party websites up-to-date, including but not limited to, customer service information, delivery promise, creative and other company information.
• You will be the main point of contact for any listing resolutions with marketplaces.
• Although you will be primarily working on Amazon there will be occasions when you’ll be required to work on other marketplaces/channels as required by the business.

What you need...

• A good understanding of the Internet and Ecommerce
• Computer skills that include a detailed understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook and ideally go beyond
• A creative skill set, ideally with experience of online content management.
• Minimum C grade (grade 4) at GCSE Maths & GCSE English with an excellent understanding of English grammar
• Self-motivated with attention to detail
• Tenacious, with the ability to resolve problems timely and autonomously.
• The ability to plan and organise your work in order to achieve multiple goals in a fast-paced changing environment
• Excellent personal communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and with external suppliers

Desirable
• Experience writing listings for ecommerce sites such as Amazon.
• Existing knowledge of Third Party Marketplaces & Amazon Seller Central
• Experience of working for an online retailer
• Fluency in German and French languages
