Job Title: Customer Satisfaction Telephone Interviewer

MaritzCX is looking to recruit talented, articulate, client-focused Telephone Interviewers to work a variety of afternoon and evening shifts at our friendly Telephone Centre in Farringdon, City of London.
Candidates must speak and understand one of the following languages at native level:
English, German, Swiss-German, Austrian-German, Dutch, Polish, French, Swedish, Danish, Czech, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin, Marathi, Telegu, Gujiurati, Malayalam, Tamil, Bengali, Punjabi, Oriya, Kannada, Hindi, Turkish, Italian, Spanish (Catalan and Basque).
The role involves conducting customer satisfaction interviews by telephone with individuals around the world, gathering valuable information regarding customer satisfaction that will assist our clients in producing higher levels of customer service. There is NO selling involved.
Successful candidates will interact with the customer and record data through our CATI system (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing). To apply for this role, you must be comfortable with the operation of a personal computer as well as data entry processes and procedures.
A confident and professional telephone manner, can-do attitude, great communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
High-performing interviewers will also have opportunities to progress within the company.
Experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided, and there is an immediate start for successful applicants.
Telephone Interviewers book shifts on a weekly basis, and we ask that you can be available for a minimum of three shifts per week.
Working from home (within the UK) may be available for certain projects.
Interviewer pay rates per hour (Excl. bonuses):
- UK : £8.00 - £8.50
- German/ Nordic/ APAC/ Arabic: £8.50 - £8.75
- All other international languages: £8.25 - £8.75
Ongoing productivity bonuses are available on top of these rates, as well as other ad-hoc incentives. Additional holiday pay is accrued, and a pension scheme is available for those who qualify.
