Our client is a leading organisation, dealing with the delivery and distribution of yachts, super yachts, component parts related to the Marine industry to a range of countries around the World. In addition to these sectors they are also a leading freight organisation, by air, land and sea.

The Role

They have a vacancy for an In House solicitor with a broad knowledge of contracts within the shipping and freight industry, together with being able to handle disputes and commercial agreements. You will be their first port of call when dealing with new agreements and disputes and then advise accordingly.

A high percentage of the work is Marine shipping, moving yachts and their component parts.
