Manufacturing Equipment Validation Engineer - Norfolk


This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for your next contract. My client a global pharmaceutical manufacturing company are looking for a Equipment Validation Engineer based in Norfolk where you will be responsible for the design and execution of validation activities associated with new installation projects (Equipment / Facilities / Utilities / Systems) to the existing manufacturing process.

You will work alongside the Senior Validation Engineer on authoring, executing and reporting validation activities within the framework. You will work on multiple validation projects (Equipment / Facilities / Utilities including associated control systems) liaising with the project team and various departments relating to validation ensuring work is completed in a timely manner.

You will be working to EU GMP Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and associated computerised system validation within the pharmaceutical environment.

This is a 12 months contract which the client will review for a possible extension however everything is dependent on the individual and business performance. The hourly PAYE rate is £27.00.


To apply for the role of Manufacturing Equipment Validation Engineer you will have:

  • Equipment validation experience within the pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing industry.
  • Degree level education in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering or similar or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience in Equipment / Process systems, Cleaning Validation, HVAC, QA, QC or Cleanroom systems.
