Our client, a stored energy solution provider near Abingdon, is looking for a Mechanical Technician to join their busy and growing team. The role will suit a candidate with a practical engineering background, good Microsoft Office skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Key duties include:

  • Building of products using hand tools
  • Reviewing engineering drawings
  • Carrying out in-build testing
  • Inspection of mechanical components
  • Engineering documentation support
  • Following company and industry regulations and standards

The ideal candidate:

The ideal candidate will be flexible in their approach and used to a fast-paced environment, they will show pride in their work and be an excellent team player who can deliver high quality work to a tight deadline. They will also have a practical engineering background, be techsavvy, and posses excellent communication skills.
