Now recruiting for a Manufacturing Operations Team Leader. Looking for the right people with ambition, ready to accelerate their development towards a more senior level management career in manufacturing operations management.

Manufacturing Operations Team Leader Requirements

  • 2 years experience in manufacturing operations (you may currently be in a graduate programme or have just completed one)
  • Degree qualified (2:1 or 1st) in mechanical / manufacturing / metallurgy engineering
  • Evidence of leadership with proven success in leading people
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Ambition and commitment

About The Benefits:

Annual salary of c£35,000, 25 days leave (+ Bank & statutory holidays), company pension and bonuses.
