Are you a Manufacturing Engineer from an automotive background looking for a specialist autonomous role with a leading automotive company and have fantastic career opportunities to management?
On Offer is a Manufacturing engineer role for a company that specialise in Trim for a number of Leading OEM's. This role will be looking at developing new strategies to maximise yields, increase efficiencies and lead continuous improvement activities across the cutting and sewing manufacturing cells.
This company are well established, employ over 200 staff at their Northamptonshire plant and due to continued development and expansion are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to head up and lead Lean Manufacturing principles across the facility.
This role would suit a Manufacturing Engineer from an automotive background looking for a specialist autonomous role, to lead Lean & Continuous Improvement projects across an industry leading automotive manufacturing facility and to have career development paths to management.
