Manual Test Analyst, Worthing, West Sussex
  
Manual Test Analyst required for a Worthing based Financial Services organisation.  Are you passionate about quality assurance and software testing? Ready to take your career to the next level? Our client are expanding their dynamic development team and looking for a Mid-Level Test Analyst to help ensure their software meets the highest standards.
  
As a Test Analyst, you’ll be involved in all stages of the software development life cycle, designing and executing manual tests. You'll work closely with developers to validate requirements, log and track defects, and refine acceptance criteria.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and execute manual tests
  • Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing
  • Perform manual regression testing when needed
  • Identify, log, and track defects to resolution
  • Collaborate with developers and BAs to refine requirements
  • Define acceptance criteria and ensure software meets specifications
  
What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • ISTQB Foundation Certificate
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
  • A keen eye for detail and UX understanding

Our client offer hybrid working on 3 days per week, however for the first few months you will be required to work 4 days in the office so please do consider this when applying.
