Our client is looking for an operations associate who will have responsiblilty for the follwing functions with the customer service and operational support areas.
Perform Daily customer service activities, day to day support of clients core partner baqnk production service, Relationship Management with both external and internal stakeholders, External and internal customer testing support, Customer Master Data entry and reciwew, Reviews daily system reports for journal positings to SAP, Prepare daily operational reports, Resolution of productin incidents as they occur, Support ongoing scanning to paperless office project. Ad hoc tasks as required.
3 years experience required in Financial Services. with experience of using Salesforce or similar CRM System
This position is a night shift role from 11pm to 7am from Sunday to Friday's weekly. It is to support the clients customers in the West Coast of America, Asia and Australian time zones.
A second language from the Asia Pacific region is required
