Mandarin Speaking Supply Chain Coordinator

*Salary £70.00 per day / £18,200 p.a.

*Ability to multi-task in order to manage a number of critical tasks at the same time
*Effective communication skills (in both English & Mandarin) to be able to liaise with all levels of personnel and departments up to Senior Management.
*Using IT software (including MS Excel advanced functions) to keep accurate and detailed Workflow Trackers and Reports, and managing finances for various projects.
*Understand project planning & organisation in order to able to provide forecasting, ordering, stock taking etc.
*Prepare project daily and weekly reports
*Maintain project log and documentation tracker
*Support internal and external project reviews
*To help fulfil other tasks that are required by the organisation.
*Previous logistics, planning, supply chain experience desirable


*Fluency in both Mandarin & English are mandatory and will be tested at interview
*Right to work Eligibility in the UK. Passport and Visas will be checked as part of the recruitment process. We require at least 2 years length on any work visas.
*Degree educated essential preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain, Finance or Business Administration
*PC literate. Must be an advanced user of the MS Office suite of products including Excel V look-ups & Pivot Tables. This will be tested at interview.
*Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with a wide variety of people
*Professional, positive & flexible approach
