Mandarin Speaking Office Assistant

A well-established business in Liverpool are looking to expand their team and take on a bright, motivated and keen mandarin speaking administrator to join their team. 

This role is a part-time role 2-3 days per week in which you can choose what days you work! It is also a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to progress as this is something that the company can offer. 

Salary 17k (pro-rata) 
Modern offices 

This role also has the potential to grow into a full time role.

Duties will include - 

- Supporting senior managers with administrative tasks
- General administrative duties 
- Filing, scanning and copying 
- Updating the database 
- Translating some emails etc into English 
- Speaking with clients both on the telephone and in writing 

This role requires someone who is fluent in both English and Mandarin, verbally and written. 

The ideal candidate will also have fantastic communication skills, works well in a pressured environment and is professional.
