Mandarin Speaking Junior Import/Administrator - based in Southall
The Gi Group is currently looking for a Mandarin Speaking trainee/junior administrator looking to develop within the logistics industry. The role will involve full training and ideal for school leavers or someone with warehouse background looking to learn Air Imports.
Hours - Full Time
Responding to customer bookings and overseas agent's requests
Responding to customer enquiries professionally and promptly
Ensuring that any special requirements or instruction are clearly specified
Liaising with overseas branched and internal customers
Liaise with all new and key customers on all queries and issues through regular contact by telephone
Ensure accurate data is entered into systems
Take all incoming calls from customers and all bookings using appropriate documentation
Making regular contact with all key accounts by telephone.
Developing relationships with the sales team and the operations team to share customer knowledge and provide support.
Advice of delivery dates according to lead times
Handling purchase invoices promptly and raising sales invoices accurately with agreed timescales.
Qualifications and experience
You must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft.
Mandarin speaking preferred, but not essential
