Job Title: Mandarin speaking HR Manager
Location: South West London, Greater London
Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £28,000 per Annum depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
*Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and processes aligned with group business strategy
*Managing employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness
*Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current UK employment law
*Liaising with colleagues in China to implement group wide compliance
*Ensuring line managers are up to date with changes to any policies
*Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement and training
*Performance management and reward advice
*Learning and development: providing guidance on development for managers and their teams
*Recruitment and retention: managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
*Managing work permit sponsored employees under the guidance of legal experts
*Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization
Requirements:
*Educated to degree level or possession of an equivalent relevant HR or Business qualification
*Previous experience in a HR background
*Excellent active communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills
*Experience of dealing with senior and sometimes challenging individuals
*Strong understanding of UK employment law
*A good grasp of Mandarin Chinese and sensitive to the Chinese culture preferred
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
*An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial
