Due to the expansion of the business, we are currently recruiting for a Part- time Mandarin speaking Administration Assistant for our South Liverpool based Client. The role will involve various administrative and clerical duties in order to support the effective operation of the office. This role will be paying up to £6,800 per annum working 2 days Monday- Friday 10am-5.30pm.
About The Role:
• Overall administrative and clerical activities
• Check invoices
• Data recording and filing
• Provide ad-hoc support to the team
Essential Skills & Experience
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both verbally and written
• Experience working within a similar administrative position
• Ability to communicate professionally face-to-face, as well as through email and telephone
• Works well under pressure,
• Works well as part of a team
