Job Title: Mandarin speaking Admin Associate

Skills: Mandarin to mother tongue level, English fluent.

Salary: £20k-24k + bonus + excellent benefits

Location: London

Status: Permanent

Your role:
You are responsible for administering project office of HO system upgrade function, the bank’s core system parameter application via CPMS, draft reports and minutes, liaise and provide good operation support to all department and branch.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Head Office System Upgrade
•Assist in HO upgrade testing and implementation tasks
•Prepare and Attending HO conference call, liaise with department to organise the tasks, forward HO mail, organise bank’s testing and implementation tasks (staff list, test cases, issue report, upgrade analysis report etc) reply command on time
•Input issue report via HO system and provide issue summary reports, liaise with department until issue close, draft upgrade report request by HO.
CPMS system:
•Liaise with submission parameter department
•Input into CPMS the parameter request
•Keep up to date the parameter summary list, audit trial and documentations.

Administrative tasks:
·Prepare cif aif scv data in xls
·Taking minutes
·Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports

Your Knowledge & Key Skills:
·Good reports writing in English and Chinese
·Experience within Financial Services Industry & proven track record in similar department/business stream
·Relevant professional qualification
·Team player, diligent worker, good communicator
