Recruitment Managing Consultant-Sheffield

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our recruitment team by recruiting a Managing Consultant to take responsibility for our Sheffield and Dearne Valley sites. This role will involve travel between sites to support your team of in-house recruiters.
With a competitive salary paying up to £28,000 plus an excellent benefits package, you will have the opportunity to join a global leader within the BPO sector, reporting to the UK Recruitment Delivery Manager with responsibility for managing and developing a team of in-house recruiters across multiple sites and client campaigns.
As Managing Consultant your talent and experience will allow Webhelp to continually deliver all recruitment requirements across our business and by motivating and supporting your internal recruitment colleagues, you will drive performance and achieve success.
Working within a dynamic, high volume call centre environment you will develop and manage the consistent delivery of all on-site recruitment, candidate selection and on-boarding process whilst ensuring administration activities across sites and campaigns are consistent with the wider group.
To help you succeed in this role, previous experience of working within a fast paced recruitment environment is key, along with a proven track record of delivering results.
Strong leadership and communication skills is also essential along with a proven understanding of the recruitment industry and the ability to demonstrate a sound knowledge of recruitment policies and legislation.
