Managing Recruitment Consultant - Operations Consulting

My award-winning client is a multi-disciplinary recruitment business specialising in Change Management, Accountancy, Audit, Risk & Compliance, Procurement, Property, SAP and Strategy. They have been established for almost 15 years and in the meantime, have established an excellent reputation.

The Strategy Consulting team is the most profitable part of the business with average fees of £17k and the team of 4 doing over £1.2m this year. They work with the Big Four as well as people like McKinsey, BCG Baines and smaller strategy houses.

They are looking to build and grow an Operations Consulting team to 4/5 people in the next 5 years
to leverage off the existing client relationships, someone could easily come in and replicate the success of the Strategy team within the Operation Consulting space.

The ideal candidate will be "manager ready", they could already be a manager or have at least mentored/managed consultants in the past. The successful candidate will need to be able to train and develop the team whilst leading from the front. They will need to be a polished, proven recruiter with the gravitas to operate at a senior level. They will need to be very hungry and want an opportunity to build a team for a successful business. There is a real opportunity to be a director here in a short time and earn very well.
