This role presents an excellent opportunity for a Technology Recruiter operating in Contingent recruitment. A leading Executive Search agency specialising on mandates at CTO level are looking to establish a contingent arm that will have roles passed down. In 2020, in a tough market, they turned down £500k of roles offered by their placements.

Job Title: Managing Partner

Location: London

Salary: c£100k-£150k DOE plus equity

Remit: To establish, build and run a fast-growing Tech recruitment agency

The Company:

Our client is a Search business specialising in the placements of CTO’s and CPO’s. Their niche is delivering these Tech professionals into fast growing firms backed by VC’s or ran by PE houses.

Our client focusses on the EMEA region with much of their work conducted in London.

They are professional without being 'stuffy’ like many Search agencies in the market.

The Role:

The opportunity is very similar to setting up a new firm from scratch. However, this will come with the expertise of proven business leaders, a substantial financial injection, and the opportunity to leverage off the Search offering. In 2020 alone, they turned down over £500k of exclusive roles offered from their placements.

The objective is to build a market leading contingent Tech agency around a newly appointed Managing Partner that will operate with a quality led approach. The overall strategy it to establish an offering to market from the top to the bottom within their niche space.

The ambition is quite simply to create a group that is highly attractive to an exit.

The Candidate:

  • Proven Technology recruiter- Will need to demonstrate an ability of billing c£300k plus (previously)
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and able to showcase how you have built a team- c10 +
  • An excellent communicator who can engage with senior executives
  • Have a huge ambition to build something 'special’
