With complete autonomy and reporting to the Board, you will be responsible for creating and applying a forward finance plan, implementing sales and marketing strategy and targets, oversee the operations, distribution and finance to achieve the company’s objectives.
Having worked in a manufacturing/ FMCG or similar environment you will understand and manage the process to achieve maximum yields, cost management such as pricing of raw materials and the effect of production and distribution expenditures to the bottom line.
Despite being a global entity, the UK function is in its infancy therefore would suit an existing MD or Finance Director (or equivalent) from a small to medium size business seeking a new challenge.
You will be ACA or ACCA qualified, preferably having trained in a reputable accountancy practice although we will consider those who have developed their career straight into industry who possess the desired kills and attributes.
Experience in manufacturing/FMCG or comparable sector is essential, with involvement in all areas of the business.
You will be flexible in your approach, have an appetite for growth with an entrepreneurial mindset and be excited by the idea of joining a business at a pivotal point that has a proven format for success.
