A great opportunity to lead a new Manchester recruitment office specialising in IT, Digital and Business Change recruitment. The company are already operating in Manchester from another office so this will be a relatively warm move, with clients and candidates to speak to from day one. The company are looking to recruit a senior consultant and two consultants so you will quickly have a team of three to manage in a beautiful Spinningfields office. You'll be supported by a Regional Director who will split their time between Manchester and another office.

You'll have a proven background in any area of Technology or Digital recruitment and will probably be currently at Principal Consultant, Team Leader, Lead Consultant or similar level, possibly where you have managed a small team or a resourcer, and be looking for your next step on the career ladder. Alternatively you may already be a manager, and be interested in the exciting prospect of managing a new office. You will be self motivated, able to work in an autonomous recruitment environment.
