Search Consultancy's Health and Social Care Division has an exciting and unique opportunity for a driven, innovative and ambitious Managing Consultant to develop and lead a team specialising in both temporary and permanent recruitment from our established Glasgow Office.
Working as part of a wider health and social care team which has been in operation for over fifteen years, this opportunity would see you leading a national provider of permanent and temporary recruitment solutions in to this ever changing and consistently buoyant sector.
This role will involve developing a team of consultants in order to develop existing relationships with national healthcare suppliers as well as playing an active role in identifying new opportunities in the market.
We anticipate that the successful applicant will help to create a strategic vision for the team and share a passion for the recruitment of healthcare professionals. From qualified nurses, allied healthcare professionals and healthcare managers, through to support workers and healthcare assistants, this role requires someone that can lead from the front in terms of personal billing and driving performance.
Experience of managing a sales team within a health and social care business, desirably in recruitment.
